By accessing or using SightTrade (the "Service"), available at sight-trade.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
SightTrade is a free, browser-based tool that lets you upload an eToro account statement (.xlsx) and view an interactive dashboard summarizing your trading activity, positions, profit and loss, deposits, withdrawals, and fees. The statement is processed locally in your browser. You may optionally create an account to save your dashboard layout so it is available across your devices. The Service is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
SightTrade is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to eToro or any of its subsidiaries or affiliates. "eToro" and related names, marks, and logos are trademarks of their respective owners and are used here for descriptive and identification purposes only.
The information, calculations, charts, and summaries produced by the Service are provided for general informational purposes only and do not constitute financial, investment, trading, accounting, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should consult a qualified professional before acting on any information. Past performance is not indicative of future results.
The Service processes the data contained in the file you provide. We do not guarantee that any figures, calculations, or visualizations are accurate, complete, or error-free, and they may differ from the official records provided by eToro or your broker. You should always rely on your official statements for any financial, tax, or legal purpose.
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and legally able to enter into these Terms in order to use the Service.
Creating an account is optional and is only needed to save your dashboard preferences across devices. You can sign in using a one-time link sent to your email address ("magic link") or with Google. You agree to provide accurate information, to keep your sign-in method secure, and to be responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may request deletion of your account and its associated data at any time by contacting us.
The Service processes your uploaded statement entirely within your browser; your statement file and its contents are not transmitted to, stored on, or accessible by our servers. Parsed data may be cached locally in your browser (for example, in IndexedDB) so it persists between page reloads, and you can remove it at any time. If you create an account, we store your email address and dashboard preferences as described in our Privacy Policy. We also use product analytics and error/performance monitoring to operate and improve the Service. Our collection and use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. You are responsible for maintaining the security of the device and browser you use.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt or compromise the Service or its infrastructure; reverse engineering, scraping, or copying the Service except as permitted by law; using the Service to violate any applicable law or the rights of others; accessing another user's account without authorization; or uploading files that contain malware or that you do not have the right to use.
The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, and logos (excluding third-party marks such as eToro), is owned by SightTrade and its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.
The Service relies on third-party providers to operate and improve it. These currently include:

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SightTrade and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or trading losses, arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Because the Service is provided free of charge, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed USD 100. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SightTrade and its operators from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. When we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, and without notice. You may stop using the Service, and may request deletion of your account, at any time.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms deprives you of those protections.
